I know what ALL of these feel like… I am passionate about supporting you to continue your nature connection/earth based offering journey. I know how needed and valuable the support I received since my teacher training course has been for me!

I am offering you personal, group and program support to empower you to find your answers, a network of like-minded amazing humans to connect, collaborate and generally ride this wild and beautiful roller coaster with.

In short, I am offering you monthly support, connection, accountability and a place to connect with your tribe.

 Hi, I’m Lawrence

I’ve been working with Kate and Sam for three years, I have probably met you on a program somewhere. I did my teacher trainer (TT)program in 2020, I came back as an assistant in 2021. This year I have been coordinating the program, working with Kate and Sam and supporting the TT’s on their journey. I love this program!

As Nature Philosophy teacher trainers, we have common skills and training which allow us to communicate and collaborate in ways that are based on deep connection and we are one tribe, there are nearly 40 of us!

Let’s make use of the collective earth magic that we possess to thrive together!

    Since completing the work with Lawrence, my daily time spent in nature significantly recharges me, brings me to my centre and relieves stress. I finally get what the fuss about "nature" is all about. I am a business owner, so I also look at things from an investment perspective, I use these skills daily and I am significantly more productive and happy because of it.

    Lawrence is a coach with a huge heart, and an ear for what's important. His non-judgemental and warm approach sets up a really safe container to build on. He asks great questions and gives space for things to stir or settle when they need to, without unwanted advice or unnecessary interference. Lawrie helped me identify some core areas of need at an intense stage of my life, and helped me find tools for working with those. I feel like he trusts and empowers me as the captain of my ship.

How the Teacher Trainer Support Network works

What's the commitment each month?


Each month starts with 1 hour of strategy and support - as a 1 on 1 online coaching session with me. This will focus on whatever you need the most, below are some areas of potential focus.

You can choose to use this as 2 x  half hour sessions or  one full hour session.

1.5 hour group coaching session with other TT’s on the program - this will be mid month, it's a great forum to bring your current needs which can be explored in the group space, providing learning and awareness for everyone. (*extra Group sessions may be added depending on group size and current needs.)

Access to private FB or Mighty communities page - the group can decide on a preferred platform

Access to group session recordings and training videos - As we progress I will create specific trainings on a subject that will benefit the group.

Program or offering support - whatever you need, including all that needs to happen for people to book in and participate, some of these are:

👉Clarifying the purpose and intention of your program, including benefits, what people will walk away with - how they will feel.

👉Getting your ideas and the beautiful picture you have inside into a digital format that people can access and book into.

👉Choosing, creating and using websites, platforms , social media, emails, landing pages, logos, business names and all the systems that you may need!

👉Venue selection, first aid, equipment, logistics, transport, location.

👉Collaborations, working with other facilitators, presentations, program design, program follow up.

There are so many avenues and ways that you can be supported along the way, for me a big part of this journey has been realizing that I don’t have to do it all on my own!

The trick is reaching out for support when there’s something that’s challenging, this could save you days, weeks or even months. 

The aim is to stay in the sweet spot, in a place of having fun and creating!

Personal support and mentoring

I am an internationally registered coach and have trained in multiple personal work modalities.

There are many triggers and ways that our personal story and emotional framework can get a bit of a shake up when we are aiming to bring forth our own unique program. I believe that I experience all that my program has to offer as I write it and work with it, it’s a bit like it transforms me so I can hold space for other’s transformation 🙃. 


Some of the things that I have experienced are: avoidance, needing to be totally ready(not going to happen!), making it seem really big and difficult when often it’s not, putting things off, feeling under resourced, feeling like I don’t have what it takes, fear, doubt, worry about what people think, saying to myself “who am I to do this?”

 Facilitated group coaching sessions

It’s also an opportunity to connect with your tribe and share your journeys, hearing others that you know are on a similar journey is supportive in itself.
